Documented Confirmation: Mellone sends an email on June 22, 2009 saying there will be No Reverse Split.
That same day (June 22, 2009) Mellone files for a 200:1 Reverse Split (Common stock only) with the State of Neveda.

Before the 500:1 R/S TSHL/MCDA was trading at 0.0001 (with no bid)
So, Friday’s (8/21) close was 0.035 – But 0.035 / 500 = 0.00007
If you purchased TSHL/MCDA Before the 500:1 Split – you’re looking at 0.00007
#12- Don’t be fooled by the low float – currently 5 Million Shares – for now.
This stock had a low float when it was Rapid Fitness, Inc., and when it was Amore TV, Inc, and when it was Global Web TV, Inc. (New), and when it was QOL Holdings, Inc. and when it was Global Web TV Inc.(Old), and when it was Liquidics, Inc., and when it was when it was Future Projects IV, Corp.
And everyone (except Mellone) lost money on this SCAM.
