Incredible that the SEC has not shut these people down. This new Canadian company PCOM operates out of car lot. Read the filings.
ReplyDeleteThe principles are owed huge salaries. They only invested $50.00 in total and control 15 Million shares of the 16 Million issued. In over 2 years they have sold about $9,000 of product and they seem to have no clue. These non binding letters of intent are pure fiction. There will never be any real business from the miner,fitness,medicine man and his new fools.
How could Mellone get anyone to pay $500K for product licencing that he gets for nothing? Why does everyone associated with Mellone and company end up sueing?
The filings for PCOM show lots of delays and no business. These people are cut from the same cloth. Stay away and hope the SEC shuts them all down.
I met this guy in person, and came pretty close to handing him a lot of money. This is when he was pushing the ERHU idea. Something told me this was not right. I did some research and saw how manny different things he claimed to be working on. Right then, I knew it was a scam. What kind of business man jumps from one thing to another like that I tolf meself. The gold that never showed was also a BIG red flag for me. Very happy, I dogged this one.
