The report said: “gold exists on the Wickenburg Property and the range of gold in a particular zone is from 2.06 oz/ton to 7.06 oz/ton.”– A blatant lie!

I have been a stock holder of UCHB for over 6 years now, since back when it was sold at $5 and there was only 4 mil shares. Now there are hundreds of millions of shares and at a penny or less. Yet I have never, ever, been notified of any annual stock holders meetings which a required by the SEC. As well as I have never, ever been able to vote on any issue involving the company.
ReplyDeleteI have documents that show that he acquired a company at $5 per share but reported to the SEC and others as $1 per share.
Larry will lie, cheat and steal to acquire a company that has revenue so he can suck it dry of its money so he can continue to fund his scan. Larry Wilcox will lie about the company facts to acquire investors. I know this from personal experience. I personally know some of his early years goons that would help him steal companies and investors. I have personally met and had several meetings with Larry and discussed what he had in mind for the company.
Bottom line, Larry Wilcox is a liar and a crook. Larry as well as UCHB should be investigated by the SEC.

I worked with Phil Matteis for several years in IntelleCare, Allarae and other companies and never once has any other information regarding his integrety been posted he has no problems with integrety or capability as as CEO -- only his brief encounter with the above scam artists appear at the top of the search engines. If this attack is about Mellone, why rope in innocent victims and misrepresent their associations? I agree with you Al, What a shame that a good person has become the unfortunate victim of such a witch hunt for Anthony Mellone. I also understand that justice finally caught up with Mr. Mellone and he went to Jail for his actions.
