  1. Wouldn't get mixed up with Phil Mattheis. He bilked hundreds of thousands of dollars with a scam called intellecare and how it was suppose to revolutionize the communication between patient, doctor and home care practitioner. What a load of crap they fed unsuspecting investors. Lost over 100 grand with this louse.

  2. Sour grapes. He obviously does not know the behind the scenes issues within the company that were beyond anyones scope of being able to control. Having worked there, I can testify that there were numerous events which, prevented this company from achieving its mission. Not to mention investors not financially supporting the company which, caused excessive amounts of time wasted raising funds rather than being able to implement the network not to mention the many lowlife's that attempted to steal the products once they were even remotely close to implementation and the unnecessary lawsuits by these same people that brought the company to a standstill. It still exists, as far as I know, but they have decided to just let it sit since the shareholders did not want to fight for the companys success.

  3. No specs, no clear product direction, just a lot of focus on looking like they had money. They effectively stole investors' (primarily angel investors, not Bill Gates-types) money and never had a real plan for achieving any of their stated goals. Stealing? There wasn't anything to steal aside from a decent IVR engine that you can buy for a couple of grand.
