#1…. No Gold
Larry Wilcox’s “due diligence” will “discover that Tri-Star’s Wickenburgs mine is worthless.
(This should happen very soon May timeframe …. More than likely 1st week of May)


#2…. Mining Claims Go Back to Mellon/TSHL
As part of Anthony Mellone and Larry Wilcox’s “agreement”, if the mines were “misrepresented” by Anthony Mellone – then the gold mine claims will be returned to Anthony Mellone and the Tri-star’s 190,000,000 shares of UCHB will be returned to Larry Wilcox.

From UCHB’s 4/29/09 shareholder update (on www.uchub.net 2nd paragraph):
“UC HUB paid consideration with certain performance rights per the representations and warranty.”
Translation: If UCHB doesn’t find $10 Billion in gold/silver/copper at these mines – Then UCHB gets the 190 million shares of UCHB back!

(note: it currently looks like Larry Wilcox has acquired two of these mines on his own: COS 1 and COS 2 in Arizona)

And yes this was planed from the start. Mellone and Wilcox used the mines as a method to Promote their stock.

And yes… This is why Mellone is stalling with the UCHB shares…. Because he knows he has to give them back to Wilcox/UCHB.
(This should happen very soon ..May timeframe …. More than likely 1-2 week of May... tshl stock holders are bugging mellone too much for uchb shares...)


#3… . NO UCHB Shares for TSHL
Result: NO ONE will get any UCHB shares from Tri-Star.
Repeat: No UCHB distribution shares from TSHL!
(Timeframe: it’s happening now.)


#4… Larry Wilcox Stays in the Gold Promotion Business
Larry Wilcox will stay in the “gold” business.
He will use his new acquired “Gold Recovery Wash Plant” to “mine” another mine.
(This should happen May/June timeframe …. More than likely min-end May)

#5…. Larry Does New Gold Promotion Scams
Larry Wilcox will use the 2 mines that he has left over from the Tri-Star Fiasco (AZ mines: COS 1 and COS 2) and maybe a new placer mine for PROMOTION.

Yes these too will be Promotion Mines – just like before with the Wickenburg mine.
(This should happen May/June timeframe …. More than likely min-end May)
