Some Interesting FACTS about Larry Wilcox/ UCHB’s Gold Mines…..

That’s Funny….. Because…..

On Feb 3, 2009 Larry Wilcox (UCHB) put out a Paid Press Release saying:
“UC Hub Group, Inc. Closes Precious Mineral Claim Acquisitions” .... and...
“The company has completed this asset acquisition as announced as a formal closing Jan 30, 2009.”

...Because as “a fully reporting OTC BB Company”
– UCHB IS REQUIRED to submit an 8-K Form to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- The 8-K must be completed within 4 business days after a “Completion of Acquisition”.

These is NO 8-K.

You would think if Larry Wilcox / UC HUB actually acquired Tri-Star’s “gold” mines for $3.8 Million dollars of stock…….

..There might be something on the “books” showing this financial transaction.

Funny there’s Nothing on the “books” in Larry’s/UCHB last Form 10-Q - Quarterly report (financial information).

This 10-Q was filed Mar 16, 20009 and is for the quarterly period ending : January 31, 2009.

...And the “gold” mind deal was close “Jan 30,2009". So it should be there...

Look toward the bottom of the 10-Q… under “NOTE M - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS”

…. There’s finally a mention about Tri-star and the Gold mines…

But it doesn’t say that “UCHB has acquired Tri-star mining claims”….

This is what it says….
“UC HUB Group Inc finalized the formal asset acquisition agreement with Tri Star Holdings Inc for mining claims.”

Translation: We have finalized the wording on the agreement but have not Executed the agreement.

The next sentence in the 10-Q is:
“Tri Star Holdings provided assays on the properties and represented these claims to have precious minerals with a multi- million dollar potential.”

Probable Translation: UC HUB is putting Tri-Star’s representation about the value of the gold mines so UCHB can get out of the “deal” and give the mines back to Anthony Mellone when Larry “discovers” that the gold mines are worthless.

Of course we all realize that Wilcox & Mellone planned this charade all the time. Mellone was letting Larry pump the mines because of tarnished Mellone’s reputation .

This was all planned in advance between Wilcox and Mellone to further their little scam, knowing that the mines were worthless, except for their Pump & Dump value.

This same report says…..
