So....LieTech registered with the FDA.
(see: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/LyfeTec-Inc-Formerly-TriStar-iw-14931123.html )
Whoopty do! Anyone can register
See: http://www.fda.gov/cdrh/devadvice/341.html
Registration is just a formality and really means nothing: “Registration of an establishment is not an approval of the establishment or its products by FDA.” (taken from http://www.fda.gov/cdrh/devadvice/341.html
And because LieTec says it’s going to be a Initial “Distributor/Importer” and a “Relabeler /Repackager” it Doesn’t Cost a Dime to Register…. Its Free! (see http://www.fda.gov/cdrh/registration/whomust.html )
Anthony Mellone / Steven Cohen / Phil Matteis / Larry Wilcox and their Paid Press Releases mean NOTHING… again….and …again… and … again.
By-the-way…. Tri-Star/LieTec/Allarae/UCHUB or whatever... DO NOT MAKE ANY MEDICAL/TESTING DEVICES…
They just Repackage & Distribute them (or try to..).
Phil Matteis (paper ceo tshl) did this same thing when he was ceo of Allarae HealthCare. They buy the products from the manufacturer Lobeck Medical (from Switzerland). Matteis has lots of these medical test kits leftover from Allare… Now LieTec is trying to dump them…or use them for good press…Too Funy!

Nelsonsmith5 is not a journalist but a get rich quick investor that lost money with the Allarae closure.
ReplyDeleteSome of what he says IS true but a little more than half is of his own imagination since he did not work for the company nor does he state "HOW" he knows "FOR CERTAIN" as fact what he says is true.
Yet, the Cohen/Mellone scam statements do appear accurate. The Matteis statements do not appear to be viable.
